The reception hours and procedures may vary for different clinical departments. Please confirm the latest schedule before you visit the hospital.

For first visit consultations, please register at the general reception desk on the 1st floor.

For return visit consultations, please check in at the return visit registration machine in the entrance hall or the west entrance/exit on the 1st floor.

Patients with referral documents (referral letter, etc.) issued at another medical institution and/or patients undergoing secondary health examinations must register at the general reception desk on the 1st floor. Although reception hours are 8:00 to 11:30, different reception hours apply at certain clinical departments under certain circumstances. Please confirm the time before you visit the hospital.

Payments for outpatient consultations must be concluded on the consultation day using an automated payment machine. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Some card companies may not be accepted, therefore it is recommended to bring cash.
